Dr. Steven Chobot

Dr. Steven Chobot was born in Fremont, Nebraska and raised in the Ann Arbor area. He attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. There he discovered that he wanted to be a dentist so he then attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.

Dr. Chobot practiced dentistry at the Indian Health Service in Browning, Montana before shifting to Port Orchard in 1994.

Besides dentistry, Dr. Chobot enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting, hiking, gardening, and spending time with his wife Melany and their children Phillip, Phoebe, and son Curt.



While her father was graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Melany Bloomquist was born in Seattle, Washington. She was raised in the Port Orchard area.  Dr. Bloomquist attended Orchard Heights and Manchester Elementary schools, Marcus Whitman and John Sedgwick Junior Highs, and graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1986. Throughout the late 1980’s, Dr. Bloomquist attended the Washington State University and Arizona State University.

Dr. Bloomquist has been practicing general dentistry since 1994, when she received her Doctorate from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Her goal is to provide excellent dental care in a comfortable environment. Dr. Bloomquist also prides herself in having an instinctual, maternally nurturing technique which helps put patients at ease in order to accomplish their treatment goals.

Dr.  Bloomquist loves traveling, home decorating, skiing, clam digging, and attending Seattle Mariners games to watch her brother Willie play. She especially loves spending time with her family. Dr. Bloomquist lives in Port Orchard with her husband Steve, their twins, Phillip and Phoebe, and son Curt.



Dr. Justin Robison graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. While working towards his doctorate in dentistry, he was able to serve the people in rural Brazil on a humanitarian mission providing basic dental services. In 2006, he graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine receiving his DMD degree.

After dental school Dr. Robison began working for a community health clinic that provided dental care to the underserved populations of southwestern Idaho. While in Idaho he also began working in private practice where he was able to expand the services he provided, including cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Robison enjoys the fine detail of dentistry and the challenge it provides on a daily basis. He takes great pride in providing the best dental care possible in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Patients are often put at ease by Dr. Robison’s empathetic and kind demeanor as he listens to each patient’s concerns.

Dr. Robison was born and raised in southern Idaho and moved to Port Orchard to be closer to extended family. He enjoys living in western Washington where he volunteers in church and community with his wife and four children. Washington also provides an environment where Dr. Robison is able to enjoy outdoor activities which include camping, hiking, skiing, and cycling.
